The Covers are a WORD doc.
It’s possible you’re not on the correct page. From this page:
http://www.weddinglds.com/design-a-custom-lds-wedding-planning-notebook/lds-wedding-planner-covers click on the purple Next Step Button.
Choose from 6 types of covers, which will take you to another page where you can choose the color of your hair and your groom’s hair.
When you click on that image, the WORD doc should download.
Customize it with your names and wedding date and print.
If this still doesn’t work, let me know which cover you’d like and I’ll send it to your directly.
